  Too many surprises! The doctor had me go get a couple ounces of eye drops. Surprise - that will be $300. Doctor offered me a form to take to the DMV. Surprise - that will be $20 for the information which IS MINE ANYWAY. I paid $4000 yet they want to ruin the relationship on a charge of $20 for a single sheet of paper. Wasn't happy about $300 eye drops. I grudgingly bought the drops, but they can keep the form and shove it. The office is deceptive, and I do not recommend that you deal with those ladies. Dr. Ply seems likable enough, but I get tired of being made a fool over again.
